Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Angels & Music Inc. and our mission to empower young musicians in need. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for items purchased through www.angelsandmusic.com.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
• In its original packaging, with any tags or labels still attached.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us using the information in Section 8 with your order number and a brief description of what you'd like to return and why. We will respond with instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns received without prior authorization may not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The refund will cover the price of the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (see Section 6).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

5. Return Shipping

Unless your return is the result of our error or a defective item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Donations. Contributions to Angels & Music are charitable gifts and are not refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the circumstances.
• Event tickets and VIP experiences. Tickets, upgrades, and similar event purchases are non-refundable unless an event is canceled. Tickets purchased through third-party platforms are subject to that platform's own refund policy.
• Raffle entries. Raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• Gift cards (if offered).
• Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
